Tomato pulp, concentrated tomato paste, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, textured soya flour, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine, salt, sugar and black pepper.

E330, a food preservative extracted from sugar permitted in organic food.

Bolognese sauce is typically made with hashed meat but this vegetarian version uses all Bolognese ingredients EXCEPT meat.

All vegetables are lightly fried then cooked in white wine. The tomato pulp and paste are added last.

Ideal for gluten free & vegetarian palette.

The sauce may be used on any type of pasta. Once opened, store in fridge and consume within 4 days.
