The Vinegar Factory Balsamic Vinegar is made by heating the juice of freshly harvested grapes to a concentrate. This is called “grape must”.
The concentrated “must” is then mixed with older vintage red wine vinegar for the acidification process. This adds to the consistency of the taste and texture of the vinegar.
