The EPDEV estate is in Cordoba, Andalusia, Spain. It is spread over 500 acres of lush undulating countryside. Olive orchards cover the estate grounds. Some of the original olive bushes are centuries old and carefully maintained and cherished. The extra virgin olive oil is produced by mechanical means, within a few hours of harvest. There is no heat, chemical nor additives in the production. The unrefined evoo is rich golden and has a smooth tongue with a slightly spicy throat.

Named after the wife of Emperor Trajano, the first Roman emperor born in Spain. The farm “El Campanario”, is in the municipality of Escacena del Campo Huelva, Spain.
Farming is done without pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals creating a product range free of preservatives, artificial flavours and colours.
La Trajana products are certified ORGANIC according to EU regulations and USDA.
The complete range is also certified Halal and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

The vinegar produced at The Vinegar Factory originated in Southern Italy around the late 1800’s. The original vinegar and traditions travelled and have been handed down for generations. The traditions continue at the present farm in Yenda, Australia.
